A four-star boutique hotel is to be built in the heart of Ciutadella.\u00a0Four units – three residential units and a restaurant – form the basis for a project that is located in a very extraordinary location, namely on the famous Camis de Cavall, a tour along the coast of Menorca that invites tourists to go for walks, bike tours, mountain biking, Riding etc.<\/p>\n
It is located above the natural harbor of Ciutadella. The port can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes.\u00a0There is not a single other hotel in this district.<\/p>\n
The project includes a bar \/ caf\u00e9 \/ restaurant on the ground floor with the reception of a 4-star hotel. The hotel has 6 rooms and 3 suites on the first floor, some of which are barrier-free.<\/p>\n
A heated swimming pool will be built on the roof, and there will also be a fitness room, the laundry room, technical and storage rooms of the hotel and the cocktail bar.<\/p>\n
Several sun terraces and covered shaded terraces are planned for the top floor, some of which will be attached to the restaurant, some to the pool and the rooftop bar.<\/p>\n
The Balearic island government has already declared the plans feasible. The approval process for the construction work is nearing completion.<\/p>\n
The hotel will have its own driveway for deliveries and two parking spaces for guests.
